- What roofing materials do you install?
- Architectural asphalt shingle is the workhorse and what we install most. Standing-seam metal for accents, porches, and lower-slope sections.
- Is it just shingle replacement, or full tear-off?
- We typically recommend full tear-off. Removing the existing shingles lets us inspect the deck, replace any soft sheathing, install new ice-and-water shield in valleys and at eaves, and ridge-vent properly. Layovers are a short-term cost saving and a long-term liability — we'll talk through both options on the walkthrough.
- Do you handle leak repairs?
- Yes — for our installs and for emergency callouts on roofs we didn't put down. Leaks usually come from flashing failures, not the shingles themselves; we diagnose first, then fix the root cause.
- What's the warranty?
- Manufacturer warranty on the shingles (typically 30–50 years on architectural per the manufacturer). Our workmanship coverage on top of that. We’ve been answering customer callbacks on installs going back many years — that’s the actual warranty.
